How it works
Your coding tool talks to a small Mirage helper on your computer. The helper talks to Mirage in Chrome.
Mirage opens the site in its own window, muted and in the background, drafts the look, and applies it, the same way the side panel does. Your own tabs are never touched.
One chat, one look
On one site, follow-ups change the same look and add a new version. Ask for a separate look when you want one. A new site starts a new chat.
Chats show up in History with your coding tool's name, and you can keep going from the side panel.
Approvals
Applying follows your setting in Mirage. Auto applies. Manual waits for you.
What it can and cannot see
It can see your tab titles, chat previews, and your list of looks. Asks and drafts use Mirage credits and send the page address, title, a page sketch, and a screenshot when there is one to Mirage's AI.
Your coding tool may send what it reads to its own AI provider. Banking, wallet, checkout, and login pages and incognito tabs stay off-limits.
